Tangshan International Convention Center, located in Nanhu Cultural Plaza, is one of the important supporting venues of World Expo, covers an area of 89mu, has storey height of 18m and total building area of 94000m2. It integrates the large exhibition, meeting and business, office and hotel function, and is equipped with the professional places concerning the transportation, travel, catering, goods leasing, office and others and supporting facilities.
After its completion, Tangshan International Convention Center will undertake the meeting of local leaders of central and eastern European countries, Golden Rooster and Hundred Flowers Film Festival and other important activities in 2016. Therefore, the owner has very strict requirement from the initial design of venue to the construction. In this project, Bosheng 80K curtain wall plate is adopted, not only meets the demand of thermal insulation and sound absorption and noise reduction, but also Bosheng Rock Wool, as Class A incombustible insulation material, fully meets the requirement for fire resistance of building insulation material in the assembly occupancies in GB50016-2014.
Tangshan International Convention Center only has half a year from commencement of main works to the delivery, therefore the construction period is very tight.
